The Boulder Ridge Board of Directors consists of five total members, including a President, a Vice President, a Secretary, and a Treasurer. The Board’s primary function is to plan and direct the management of the Boulder Ridge Common Interest Community. The Board meets regularly, with additional communications made via phone and email. The format of the Board meetings includes a review of homeowner maintenance requests, updates from the property manager, a review of the financial statements, and any other new or follow-up business. Time is also allowed for all Association members to communicate any issues or concerns. All homeowners are encouraged to attend the Board meetings.
